Shawn's Secret Recipe to the PERFECT Cup of Coffee🤩☕️

Calling all coffee drinkers! Want to make the best cup of coffee you've ever had? Make Shawn's secret recipe that she makes every morning!

You Deserve To Start Your Day on a High Note! ☕️

We know life gets busy, but if there’s one thing worth a little extra time each morning, it’s taking a few minutes to do something that makes you happy, like making the perfect cup of coffee…aka “happiness in a cup!”

If you’re not a coffee drinker, don’t worry, there are plenty of other ways to get that morning boost like: going for a walk, getting natural sunlight, listening to music, focusing on gratitude, doing a workout or even having a square of dark chocolate (we recommend all of the above 🙂 )

  1. Coffee beans are green when they’re picked - Coffee beans are picked when they’re ripe and have reached maximum size.

  2. Light roasts have more caffeine than dark roasts - This is because light roast beans are roasted for a shorter amount of time at a lower temperature than dark roast beans, so they retain more of their natural caffeine content.

  3. The most expensive coffee in the world will cost you $600 per pound! A rare type of coffee called Kopi Luwal is produced in Indonesia and is made from the beans of coffee berries that have been eaten by the Asian palm civet, a small cat-like animal, and then excreted (uh, what? gross!)

  4. Decaffeinated coffee still has some caffeine in it - The decaffeination process isn’t perfect, and it’s almost impossible to remove all the caffeine from a coffee bean; however, it’s definitely less.

  5. Coffee beans are the seeds from the coffee plant’s fruits - The plant produces an edible berry-like fruit known as a coffee cherry, which typically contains two coffee beans. These beans are then processed and roasted.

Have a BREW-TIFUL Day! 🤪
