Quick, easy, nutritious, simple. That’s the goal with these lunch ideas!

Nobody has time to spend hours on their kids’ lunches in the morning, at least we don’t over here 😉 If you’re in a bind and don’t know what to pack, aim for colorful foods and a variety of options.

East Fam Tip: A great way to get your child to eat veggies for lunch is to add in a dip (think hummus, peanut butter, veggie dip etc.!)

Here are Shawn’s latest lunchbox creations in case you’re needing some extra inspiration! 😍

LUNCH IDEA #1:

• Protein Pancakes

• Salami

• Yogurt dip for apples

• Cucumbers

• Cheese

• Side of maple syrup for dipping pancakes

LUNCH IDEA #2:

• Pasta with red sauce

• Sliced Cucumbers

• Blueberries

• Cheddar bunnies

• Granola bar

• Hummus for dipping

LUNCH IDEA #3:

• Bowtie pasta

• Chicken sausage

• Cucumber, broccoli, sliced cherry tomatoes

• Pineapple, kiwi, raspberry

• Broccoli & cheddar dinosaur bites (from frozen section at grocery store)

• Honey graham bunnies

LUNCH IDEA #4:

• Chicken nuggets (The “Just Bare” brand- their favorite!)

• Raspberries and blackberries

• Sliced cucumbers

• Hummus for dipping

• Cheddar bunnies

• Cheese wedge (Babybel)

✅ Other Kid-Approved Lunch Add-Ins:

1. Apples or banana with peanut butter

2. Macaroni and Cheese (Goodles )

3. Orange slices

4. Protein pouch (Serenity)

5. Pita chips and hummus or veggie dip
